Google Calendar

Embedding Google Calendar directly into your Storm offers a convenient way for teams to plan & organize projects, manage timelines & deadlines, and make projections down the road, eliminating the need for switching between different tools or tabs to check availability.

Google Calendar is an online tool designed for managing time and scheduling events, providing users with the ability to coordinate meetings and receive reminders for upcoming activities.

Steps for integrating Google Calendar into Stormboard

  1. On a computer, open Google Calendar.

  2. On the top right, click settings.

  3. On the left side of the screen, click the name of the calendar you wish to embed.

  4. Under the “integrate calendar” section, copy the iframe code displayed.

  5. Create a new sticky note in your Storm.

  6. Choose ‘File’ in the sticky’s top menu.

  7. Select ‘Embed’.

  8. Paste the code from Google Calendar.

  9. You’re all done!

Once your embedded Calendar is in the Storm, you can treat it just like any other sticky. Change the background color, re-size it, or even make it a Pure Embed. Anyone in your Storm can then click on the embed sticky and open it in a larger view in the right side panel of your Storm.
